2) Refund Process
If your return meets the eligibility requirements, please follow these steps:

Once your return has been authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all delivery fees associated with returning the item to our store. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
3) Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

Clearance or sale items

Custom-made or personalized items
4) Exchanges
In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. We will cover the delivery fees for the replacement item in such cases.
