The shipping process for all orders is handled by POUFS.  All items ordered will be shipped directly to the chosen address by the customer. All items will be delivered to the front door.  If you wish to have full service installation please contact customer service at: hello@poufs.com  Additional fees will apply for additional services. 

      2. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed.
